		<description>&lt;strong&gt;Photo Cache,&lt;/strong&gt; I won&#039;t be surprised if it is one and the same place Andrew featured. It&#039;s nondescript from the outside but I guess it&#039;s like the Binondo restaurants we have here - not at all flashy but the food is really something else. I agree with your observation, the one and only item in the menu better be good or else, this wouldn&#039;t be around after more than a century.

		<description>If I&#039;m not mistaken this is the same restaurant that Andrew Zimmern featured on Bizarre Foods.  I like this type of set up.  I&#039;m sure if they only feature one item, it would be impossible to have a bad meal.</description>
