We are creating a mock-up business plan for a new way to recycle urban wastes (used coffee grounds) by using that as substrates in producing Oyster Mushrooms. We would really appreciate your insights regarding the tastes of Filipinos now - especially regarding foods with mushrooms. We would really appreciate it if you could grant us an interview (even over the phone or through email would be great if you are too busy).
